Hey there,
Eliana has a strong passion for genuine, healthy, and joyful connections within the family system. She believes that true change takes root not only within the therapy room but also in the relationships that shape our everyday lives. When those relational dynamics are present in therapy, they create a safe space for genuine emotion and honest reflection. Eliana loves working with both couples and families, using an Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and structural family therapy approach to engage in attachment building and challenging family dynamics that need to be changed.
Eliana’s background in the church gives her a deep understanding of how spirituality can influence personal growth and healing. She is passionate about walking alongside those connected to faith communities and those who have experienced spiritual hurt. For clients who desire it, she thoughtfully weaves faith into the therapeutic process, while creating a space that welcomes people of all backgrounds and beliefs.
Eliana is receiving her Master's of Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) from Wheaton College and will be graduating in May of 2026. She also volunteers with children and youth in her free time and has a passion for adolescents and their development. She spends time outside of the therapy room mentoring teen girls, spending time with family, and exploring coffee shops with her husband.
