Hey there,
Bri believes that healing happens through genuine human connection and that it is never too late to do the work of becoming more fully yourself. Her path into the counseling profession was shaped by years spent in classrooms and after-school programs, where she watched those around her begin to open up when they finally felt safe enough to do so. That experience lives in the way she shows up for clients today: unhurried, genuinely curious, and deeply committed to honoring the pace that each person needs. It is her deep hope that clients leave the therapeutic space more whole, more known, and more themselves.
In session, Bri works collaboratively with her clients to build a relationship grounded in trust and honesty. From there, the work becomes whatever it needs to be, whether that is processing old wounds, navigating present-day struggles, developing coping skills, or uncovering the patterns that have quietly shaped how a person moves through the world. Drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychodynamic theory, Parts Work, and Polyvagal Theory, and weaving in Expressive Arts and Play Therapy for those who find creative expression opens doors that words alone cannot, Bri shapes her approach around the unique needs and pace of each individual.
Bri is passionate about walking alongside clients navigating the impacts of childhood trauma, post-traumatic stress, grief, depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges. She works with individuals across the lifespan, with particular warmth for those carrying wounds that have long gone unwitnessed.
Bri has her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Colorado Christian University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring local coffee shops, painting, and biking around the city.
